VALLADOLID: quality consultant
Following incidents, CPS is called as additional help to inspect a new production line. After audit, CPS assists the different departments in the implementation of their policy of management of the quality. At least the reduction of the defects will allow the increase of the production without additional investment.
Our operations
Within the framework of punctual missions and audits, as the years go by, we have gained all the experience which, associated to our methods, guarantees you today the serenity and the performance to each operation made by us:
Quality control
Inspection in incoming stock, security of production outstanding and stocks of products, controls on semi-finished / finished products according to guidelines and customers’ process.
Rework
Modification, model making, putting in conformity on components, sub-sets and sets.
Assembly
First fixture, fixture of sub-assemblies and assemblies delivered with respect to the « just in time ».
Expertise
Observation (analysis on non conformities according to the current methods: 5 M / 5 P / Ishikawa…), diagnosis and recommendation on production lines, constant improvement of the quality.
